Present execution case no.33 of 2011, Guru Nanak Higher Secondary School vs. Post Master, Post Office, District Pilibhit and ors. is  reported pending before the District Consumer forum, Pilibhit. It is contended that the District Forum, Pilibhit is without quorum.

In view above, above execution case pending before the District Consumer Forum, Pilibhit is transferred to District Consumer Forum-I, Barelilly for disposal according to law.

Let, copy of this order be sent to District Consumer Forum, Pilibhit as well as to District Consumer Forum-I, Bareilly for compliance.
