Both parties did not take any steps. Case is several time called out,Nobody appear on behalf of the parties.On perusal of the record it appears that one Dukhey Devi filed this case against the post master sub P.O manoharpur west singhbhum for receiving the maturity money of fixed kisan patra for Rs.5000/- 1000x2 Total Rs. 7000/-.she stated in her complain that she has purchased the three Kisan Patra  on 03/06/2016 and the date of maturity of the said kisanpatra was 03/01/2015 but the O.P has not pay the maturity money from 23/01/2016 and at last she filed the case.Further it appears that after filling of the case complainant herself did not take any step up till now and notice issue to the O.P of 02/04/2016 but O.P also did not appear in this region severa direction has been given to the complainant to taking proper step by the forum  and at last for interest of justice this forum passed the order and give the direction is that O.P debarred from filling show cause on 17/08/2017 and complainant produced all evidences oral or documentary as ex-party but from 17/08/2017 to till today complainant did not comply the order or direction of the forum and also to this forum regarding the maturity money of kisanpatra.It means that complainant has no interest in his case.User such circumstances discussed above the case is hereby dismissed in default.
