The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying for direction upon the OPs to issue duplicate Certificate of his N.S.C.s of Rs.30000/- or to make payment of the N.S.C.s with interest to him.
The complainant by filing a petition today, states that the OP No.2/UBI, Kandi Branch has said to him yesterday that he will get the N.S.C.s in dispute will be returned to him, if he withdraws the caseand for that he does not want to proceed with the case further.
Considering the petition filed by the complainant, we find that the dispute has been settled among the parties voluntarily and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. As such we have no other alternative but to conclude that the case be disposed of.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No. 75/2017 be and the same is disposed being withdrawn with no order as to cost.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
