Order- Responde nt to assess the regular surrender value of the pollcy no25-7487-c dated 20/9/99  holding the total premium paid by the complainant as Rs.4520/- on calculating the surrendet vallue the respondent shall pay interest 18/- p.a. on this amount  fo from 6/5/83 jtill the amount is fully paid. the amount of Rs.1639/- paid to the complainant sahall be adjusted from the amount so calculatede after to pay Rs.1000/- as compensation and Rs. 500/- as cost of this litigation.
