ORDER

Judgment/Order:

The complainant filed this case against the post office, Along for non transfer of SBI a/c.

The complainant absent.

On enquiry, the post master, Along stated that the complainant had closed the SBI A/c and balance amount of amount of Rs.295 with interest was paid to him and therefore there was no ground to proceed further.

Since relief claimed by the complainant was considered, the case stands disposed off.
