Complainant absent.  No representation.  Today case is posted for the appearance of the complainant and for the evidence of the complainant.  When the came up for consideration, it is noticed that the complainant is continuously absent since 11-04-2022.  Inspite of receipt of notice from this Commission, the complainant did not care to appear before this Commission and to adduce evidence.  In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with the complaint.  In view of the above discussion, we are of the opinion that this is a fit case for the dismiss for default.  Hence the complaint is dismissed.
