Complaint is allowed. O.P.s No.1 and 3 are directed to pay jointly and severally an amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation to the complainant with cost of Rs.500/- within two months. If O.P.s No.1 to 3 failed to pay the amount the complainant would be entitled for interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from such date till the payment on Rs.5000/-. Complaint is dismissed against O.p.4. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
