Record is put up today on the strenght of advance petition filed by the complainant advocate along with joint settlement petition filed by both parties . Heard petition allowed . Considering the facts & circumstances complainant has already paid Rs.1,80.000/- in full and final settlement of claim on 31.10.2022 . hence the oppsite parties shall issued NOC against the aforesaid loan account and documents duly filed from No.35 for cancellation of hypothecation in the office of the concerned RTO within one week without demanding any amount for the said purpose . Hence the consumer complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
