Counsel for Complainant recorded that today, the Counsel for OP has provided the CIBIL report, Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited dated 15.2.2023 in which the CIBIL Score of the Complainant is 765 and of the Guarantor Smt.Gurjit Kaur Syal wife of S.Davinderjit Singh Syal is

721. He reserve his right to file fresh complaint in case the OPs show the loan account of the complainant as settled amounting to decrease in CIBIL Score. He hereby withdraws the present complaint.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
