Sanju vs. Poonawala.

 

Present:     Sh.Vikrant Saini, Adv. for complainant.

                  Sh.KK Gupta, Adv. for opponent No.2.

                  (Notice of complaint was not ordered against opponent No.1).

 

                                    Written statement not filed by the opponent No.2.  Parties have entered into amicable settlement. Sh.KK Gupta, Adv. for opponent No.2 separate statement, according to which the opponent No.2 will release the NOC and form No.35 in favour of the complainant within 20 days from today. 

                                        Sh.Vikrant Saini, Adv. for complainant agreed to the statement of counsel for opponent No.2.

                                       Without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties, matter being amicably settled, the complaint is accepted against the opponent No.2, holding it liable to issue/release NOC (No Objection Certificate) and form No.35 to the complainant within 20 days from today.  Due to peculiarity of the facts, parties are left to bear their own costs of litigation. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
