Present:       Sh. Jai Kishan, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh. Rajesh Punia, Advocate for OPs.

         

                                     

          Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statement made by the complainant on 11.01.2024.

                   Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present case being compromised. His statement in this regard was recorded separately on 11.01.2024.

                   Hence, in view of above statement of counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. The complainant shall be bound by his own statement. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
