The O.P No.1 and 2 file one draft bearing No.633418 dated

10/08/2023 of ICICI Bank, (6953), Siliguri Sevoke Road

branch amounting to Rs. 6,50,000/- ( Six lakh fifty thousand)

in favour of Titu Deb,(Complainant). The O.P No.1 and 2 file

another application praying for passing an order to drop this

case on the ground as stated in the petition.  Copy served.  No

objection noted.

The Complainant has filed an application praying for

permission to withdraw the case by filing photo copy of

demand draft, money receipt and N.O.C issued by the

opposite party number 1&2. Complainant submits that the

matter is amicably settled between them and he is not willing

to proceed with the case.

Heard both sides. 

Let the case be dropped in full satisfaction.  The record need

not put up on 07/09/2023.  The petition filed by the O.P No.1

and 2 and the petition filed by the complainant are thus

disposed of accordingly.
