ORDER

As a matter of fact, one application has been filed for impleading the applicant as necessary party. While conducting the proceedings, it has been noticed by this Commission that a civil litigation had taken place between the parties and once civil suit had been partly allowed, vide which it has been observed that the parties may seek the succession certificate for the purpose of getting the amount or the other property inherited which is still pending before the competent court of jurisdiction.

          Since there is conflict of interest between the applicant and respondent No.1, who are claiming to be widow of deceased. With these concurrences of learned counsel for the parties, the proceedings in the present appeal stands adjourned sine-die and will be revive as and when requested by either of the party. No notice would be required to the parties for reviving of proceedings.

          In the meanwhile, order which has been impugned by way of filing the present appeal would remain stayed till further order.

          File be consigned to the record room.
