Vide order dated 3.9.2012, present revision petition was dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- and petitioner was directed to deposit the cost, within four weeks. Since, petitioner has not deposited the cost within the prescribed period, District Forum concerned is directed to recover the cost from the petitioner, in accordance with law and send its compliance report, within four weeks, thereafter.
