ORDER   ORDER (Delivered on 21/01/2014) PER SHRI B.A. SHAIKH, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER.           Adv. Mr. A.A. Mardikar is present for the appellant. Adv. Mr. Solat is present for the respondents. Respondent No.1- Mrs. Poonam Roshan Lala in person is also present. Appeal is taken on today’s board on the application of Adv. of both the parties, which is granted. They have submitted that both the parties arrived at settlement outside the Commission. They have field compromise petition. Adv. of the appellant handed over the cheque of Rs.1,75,000/- to the respondent today. Respondent is also admitted the same. In view of the said settlement of both the parties the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise dated 21/01/2014 which is filed today. Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be refunded to them. Dated:- 21/01/2014.
