                Today the case was fixed for appearance of the complainant. Perusal of the case file shows that complainant is not appearing for the last several dates. Case called up several times since morning today, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.30 P.M. Waited suxfficiently. No further wait would be justified. The above facts clearly shows that the complainant is not interested to pursue his case. Hence, the present case is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
