COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Complainant in person.

                   Shri Man Mohan Saroop, Advocate, counsel for OPs No.1 & 2.

                  

                   The complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he has received cash Rs.10,000/- in full and final settlement of the present complaint, from the OPs and he  withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                      Heard. In view of the statement made the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
