ORDER

Present:        Sh. N.P.Tanwar, proxy counsel for

Sh. Rahul Kaushik, Advocate for complainant.

 

                    Notice to OPs could not be issued for want of copy of complainant, RC/AD etc. Vide order dt.08.09.2022 the complaint was adjourned for today for issuing notice to OPs on filing of copy of complaint, RC/AD within seven days, subject to cost Rs.500/- and it was ordered that  failing which complaint would be deemed to be dismissed. Till date neither the cost has been paid nor copy of complaint, RC/AD etc.  has been filed. Sh. N.P.Tanwar, Ld. proxy counsel for the complainant appeared and stated that today original counsel is out of station and requested for a date.  Heard, since the complainant has failed to file copy of complaint etc . and to pay cost, in terms of order dt.08.09.2022, complaint stands dismissed.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
