                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 08.05.2015.  About one year and 9 months has elapsed but still this case is pending for notice to OP no. 1 for want of correct address and registered covers.  Since the beginning this case is being adjourned again and again to afford opportunity to the complainant to file correct address and registered covers for notice to OP no. 1.  From the perusal of the order sheets, we found that since 27.01.2016 complainant or her counsel is not appearing in this case it means for the last more than one year complainant or her counsel is not appearing in this case to pursue her case and to file the correct address and registered covers.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to prosecute her case.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order.  File be consigned to the records.
