                   Notice issued to complainant through Process Server of this Commission received back unserved with the reports that house no. not found on dated 16.10.2023. On further enquiry dated 15.11.2023 neither house no. nor anyone by complainant’s name Rajender Singh S/o Sh. Ranbir Singh was traced.

                   Perusal of the file reveals that neither complainant nor his counsel has come present on dated 08.08.2023 and none has come present on behalf complainant today also. It is already 3.30 PM. No further wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
