This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. After accepting the notice the opposite parties appeared and filed version. Hence on 05/02/2022 onwards posted for proof affidavit of complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission today for filing proof affidavit. After accepting the notice the complainant failed to appear before this Commission on this day. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
