            Opp. parties  are  present today through  ld. counsel  . Complainant side is absent today without step although the  case has been fixed for filing  substitution petition by the complainant side  &  and order  was  passed  on  7/9/2021  allowing the complainant  for taking  steps.

            It reveals from the record that  complainant side  was absent  on 11/11/21, 19/1/22, 21/3/22 , 29/4/22 & 16/6/22  . &   no   step   has   been   taken    for   substitute  of  the  legal  heir of the   complainant.

          As  such, we are of the view that  complainant side   is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence the case is dismissed for default.
