Perusal of the record shows that attendanceof the complainant is very erratic. Vide order dated 19.01.2023 last and final opportunity was given to argue the matter. Thereafter today is the 3^rd consecutive date. It seems tha Complainant is not interested in contesting his matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-complaince in light of the detailed observation.
