OP no. 2 exparte.

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  The counsel for the OP stated that the arrear of Rs. 197125/- has been paid by the OP no. 1 to the complainant.  The complainant has also given a letter dated 21.04.2015 Annexure R-1 in this regard.  The counsel for OP no. 1 after tendering the documents closed the evidence.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 15.12.2015.  the complainant has failed to adduce her evidence despite last opportunity.  From the perusal of the order sheets, it is observed that complainant or his counsel is not appearing in this case for the last one year.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue her complaint.  The complainant has failed to adduce her evidence despite last opportunity.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
