ORDER

 

 

We find from the record that the complainant is claiming Rs. 15,000/- fraudulently withdrawn from the ATM of PNB Bank. We find from the record that the complainant is maintaining current account against which ATM card was issued to the complainant .Apparently this is commercial dispute. Therefore, complainant has no locus before this Consumer case. At this stage complainant submits that his case may be closed. Int his view the matter is dismissed as withdrawn and complainant may seek liberty before the Civil Court, if desires.
