In the present case, matter has been amicably settled between the parties and today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and amount in question has been credited to the account of the complainant by the opposite parties and now nothing is due towards the opposite parties of the complainant qua the amount in question and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
