Heard Counsel for OP. Perused file. Counsel for OP submitted that an amount of Rs.22,500/- has been transferred in the account of complainant through NEFT and filed copy of e-mail. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 13.08.2016, 18.10.2016 & 02.02.2017 consecutively.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.

File be consigned to record room.
