Madan Jangir, proxy counsel for Sh. Ashish Ladha, Advocate for complainant has also suffered a statement that the matter has been amicably settled with the opposite party and today he has received a demand draft bearing No. 233643 dated 21.12.2023 of the amount of Rs.85,279/- from Sh. R.N. Kulria, Advocate for the op on behalf of learned counsel for complainant. He has further stated that so as per instructions of learned counsel for complainant, he may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of learned proxy counsel on behalf of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
