          Ms.Archana Narad has informed that the opponent has already handedover the cheque of Rs.45,00,000/- in accordance with the compromise which has taken place. Advocate Mr.Aaditya Joshi, learned advocate for the complainant has submitted that the pursis of that effect has already been filed on record on 18/06/2019. I have gone through the same. Pursis also bears the signature of the complainant. From the record it is seen that on last two dates the complainant has  not placed on record the  withdrawal pursis despite the fact that the cheque of amount of Rs.45,00,000/- have been duly received and amicable settlement has already taken place. But so far no effect has been  given to the same. Advocate Mr.Joshi submitted that he will file the withdrawal pursis today itself bearing the signature of the complainant.  

          Later on Advocate Mr.Aditya Joshi, learned advocate for the complainant has placed on  record the pursis of withdrawal on account of amicable settlement. Advocate Ms.Narad, learned advocate for the respondent is also present and she has also  stated that amicable settlement is taken place. In view of  the  pursis placed on record, complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.
