     Today counsel for complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence on the instructions from the complainant, he withdraws the present complaint. His statement to this effect has been recorded on the previous order sheet. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
