ORDER

     The parties have amicably settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Satnam Singh, Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.

     It is made clear that if the refund of two premiums of Rs.50,000/- each, total Rs.1,00,000/-, is not made to the complainant by the OPs within five weeks from today i.e. 29.08.2022 as agreed upon, it shall carry penal interest @ 9% p.a. from 04.10.2022, i.e. after five weeks, till payment is made to the complainant and this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing execution.       

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
