Vide Order dated 28/11/2022 Counsel for Complaint was directed to satisfy the Bench on maintainability on grounds of territorial jurisdiction because Complainant is resident of Jhajhar, Haryana and Policy was issued from Banglore/Maharashtra. On 06/03/2023 Counsel for complainant sought for adjournment to argue on this issue. Today neither nobody appeared on behalf of complainant nor complied the previous order.
