ORDER

                    Sh. Umesh Kumar, counsel for the OPs has appeared and filed the photocopy copy of the Cheque of Rs.16809/- in favour of the complainant.

                   None has turned up on behalf of complainant / decree holder.  Case has been called several times since morning.  Accordingly, the application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed in default. The complainant shall be at liberty to file the fresh execution application, if need be.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.  The file be consigned.
