2. PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Ltd. registered office Unit no.701, 702 & 703, 7^th floor, West Wing Raheja Towers, 26/27 M.G. Road Bangalore-560001 through its Chief Manager.

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.
