No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its repeated calls.  

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 19.07.2024 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore,  complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed and date was fixed on 22.08.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 82/2022  be and the same is dismissed for default .
