Sh.Gurwinder Singh, Complainant has given seperate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the Parties. As per compromise, he has received the full & final settled claimed amount from the OPs and now nothing remains due towards the OPs, so he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint.

In view of statement suffered by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
