Today the case was fixed for arguments and at this stage the complainant Rajwinder Kaur alongwith her counsel made the following statement

“Stated that the matter involved in the present complaint has been amicable settled between the parties. Today I have received two cheques No. 182788 dated 19.6.2018 for Rs. 2,10,345/- (Rs. Two lacs ten thousand three hundred and forty five only) and cheque No. 182789 dated 19.6.2018 for Rs. 6,000/- ( Rs. Six thousand only)  of H.D.F.C. Bank Branch Tarn Taran payable to Rajwinder Kaur complainant  as full and final claim. Now nothing is due of the complainant against the opposite party. I will not file any case qua the matter in question against the opposite party in future. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the above statement, the present complaint has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules. After completion, file be consigned to record room.
