All the contesting parties file their respective haziras.

The case is taken up for hearing argument.

The complainant files a petition praying to permit him to withdraw the case on the ground that due to over site in spite of lack of pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum, this case was filed in this Forum and accordingly it is essential to withdraw this case.

The petition is moved in presence of the O.Ps. The parties to this case have admitted that the value of this case is much more than Rs.20,00,000/- and as such this Forum has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try this case.  

The ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient. Accordingly the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Fees paid is correct

that the petition to withdraw the case filed this day by the complainant is allowed, accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.

Thus the CC No.56/2013 is disposed of on withdrawal without cost.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
