           Advocate Mr.P.D.Thakre is present for the complainant. He seeks permission to withdrawn the complaint. Hence as per his request, permission is granted to withdraw the complaint. The complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant’s Advocate requested that permission may be granted to file separate complaint before the appropriate Forum. Permission is granted to file fresh complainant before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
