Today, the Member/Smt.Jyotsna is on leave. Perusal of record shows that neither the complainant nor his Counsel nor anyone on her behalf is appearing since 1.8.2022. Thereafter, on the last two dates of hearing i.e. on 3.5.2023 and 13.5.2023, only proxy Counsel has appeared on behalf of complainant.

Today, also neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present nor Dasti Notice of OP No.2 collected by the complainant sofar. The case has been called number of times since morning, but none is present. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
