ORDER

When confronted with the fact that probably this Commission will not have the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint, Counsel for the complainant, very wisely requested that he be allowed to withdraw this. complaint with liberty to file it before the competent Fora.

                Liberty granted.

                Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
