                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as on the last three dates none appeared on behalf of complainant. Today also case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 10.08.2022 and since then notice to ops could not be issued as complainant has failed to provide copies of complaint and RC etc. despite availing several opportunities including last opportunities and since three last dates, none is appearing on behalf of complainant. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
