Sh.Swaranjit Singh applicant got recorded his statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.364508 dt.5.6.2015 for Rs.49000/- drawn on AXIS Bank Ltd, in favour of Swaranjit Singh in compliance of the order dt.13.8.2014 in full and final satisfaction. He has already received an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- through cheque bearing No.310630 dt.18.2.2015 on 11.3.2015 and he withdraws the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
