Ram Dhan Gupta vs. Plethico Pharmaceuticals

CC No. 383 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Ram Dhan Gupta complainant in person with counsel Sh. Subhash Chand.

              None for OPs.

 

                        Today the complaint was fixed for service of OPs/consideration. Hence, However, written statement alongwith letter of official liquidator of High Court Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur, Indore and Gwalior dated 25.07.2016 received on behalf of OPs No.1 & 2 company by post in the month of January, 2017 which was placed on file. Today the complainant after going through the written statement and letter of the Ops No.1 & 2 company placed on file, made a statement recorded separately that as the official liquidator have been appointed, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and prayed for allowing him to withdraw the same with a right to approach the appropriate authority or the official liquidator.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
