Present:       Shri Ram Dhan Gupta, Complainant No.1 in person along  with counsel Shri Subhash Chand, Advocate.  

 

                   Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of admission. However, Shri Ram Dhan, complainant has appeared and suffered a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on technical ground and sought permission to file a fresh one. Heard. A separate statement recorded to that effect. Keeping in view the abovesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
