Order no.  1,  dt. 09.03.2024.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Both the complainant and OP-1 are physically present in this Lok Adalat accompanied by their respective Ld. Advocates.

It is submitted by Ld. Advocates for the parties that the disputed matter has already been settled amicably in between the parties and OP-1 is ready to remit amounting to Rs.43,700/- towards full and final settlement of the dispute in question.

Complainant is ready and willing to return the A.C in dispute to OP-1 at his free will with acknowledgement of return receipt in favour of both the parties by seven days.

Accordingly let this case being no. 156/2023 amicably be settled in between the parties.

Let the money receipt handed over to the complainant by OP-1 be kept with the record.

Thus the case be and the same be finally disposed off.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
