            Both parties file haziras. Today is fixed for hearing.

            Hd. both sides and perused the relevant documents. It is admitted that the material in question purchased by the complainant from the Planet ‘F’ against payment of Rs.33,245/- (Thirty three thousand two hundred forty five) only on two phases under discount Rs.14,250/-    ( Fourteen thousand two hundred fifty) only. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate Debasis Dey appeared on behalf of the Sukh Sagar that he is in no way involved in this case but is just a supplier. Upon submission it is accepted that the company Sukh Sagar supply Pvt. Co. Ltd. acted its role as supplier to the customer. It is also admitted that the material purchased exposed certain defects. Though not categorically stated in the complaint petition. In this connection, it is admitted that for necessary repairing work planet ‘F’ was requested over telephone but no effect.

          Considering the facts we came to the decision that the complainant will be satisfied if the defects are removed by planet ‘F’ on whose behalf the material purchase money was received as per receipt dated 14/11/11 and 15/11/11. Accordingly planet ‘F’ should be directed for rendering necessary repairing work in respect of the material purchased by the complainant.

         Hence,

                     Ordered,

                                  that the complaint case be and the same is disposed of with direction to the Planet ‘F’ Op. no.1 for rendering necessary repairing work in respect of “Prajapati Sofa Set” within two months that is 29/10/2013, in default, the complainant is at liberty to draw the attention of this Forum by taking appropriate step.
