          Case called again after lunch time, but none has come present on behalf  of the complainant despite repeated calls.

          Perusal of the record shows that  from the last so many dates, none has come present on behalf of the complainant for pursuing his case. Today, Sh.Vinod Sharma, Advocate who was appearing on behalf of the complainant has stated that he has no instructions from his client i.e. complainant.

          Not only this, vide order date 07.12.2021, the written  intimation was also sent to the complainant to prosecute his case, but despite written intimation sent to the complainant through registered post, today none has come present on behalf of the complainant. It is 4.00 PM. Hence, it is presumed that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting his case. As such, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
