Due to non-filing of correct address of OP No.2, copy of complaint, registered cover etc., notice to opposite parties was not issued. A date is requested by the counsel for the complainant for compliance. Heard. Today is the last opportunity for making compliance in order to seek service of the opposite parties. Neither correct address, RC nor copy of complaint etc. has been furnished by the complainant. Despite availing of many opportunities from 13.10.2023 to 18.12.2023, 31.01.2024, 14.03.2024, 22.04.2024 and 07.06.2024. Thereafter, this case was adjourned for service of the Ops on filing of correct address, copies, RC etc. but the complainant has failed to make compliance of this order at so many occasions. Even he has not made any efforts to make compliance of the order of this Commission despite the fact last opportunity was granted. Hence, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosectuion.

File be consigned after due compliance.
