                        Today the counsel for the Ops has appeared against the notice u/s 27 of the CPA and has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered two cheques of Rs.15,000/- each, vide bearing No.051200 and 051199 dated 18.01.2016 in compliance of order under execution application and order under execution application has been fully complied with.

                        Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received two cheques of amount of Rs.15,000/- each, vide bearing No.051200 and 051199 dated 18.01.2016 drawn at ICICI Bank in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
